This Double Degree Agreement is addressed to the students enrolled in the “Structural Engineering” and “Ingénierie des Structures” master’s programs within the Faculty of Engineering in Foreign Languages (henceforth FILS) of the Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest (henceforth UTCB) on the one hand, and, on the other hand, to students enrolled in the “Ingénieur civil en constructions” master’s program from the Faculty of Engineering of Université de Liège.
