Evidently (the “App”) is the property of UVA Apps LLC (“UVAA”). You may use the App only if you agree to this End User License Agreement. (“EULA”). By downloading this App, you agree to this EULA with the intention to be legally bound. Upon your agreement to the terms of this EULA, UVAA will grant you, during the time you are an Authorized User (defined below), a nonexclusive license to use the App on an “AS IS” basis only for Permitted Uses (defined below), subject to the following terms and conditions.
