This NOTICE TO CONTRACT RUNNERS OF BLOOMBRIDGE PAY POLICY (the "Notice") is intended to supplement Section 3 of the Independent Contractor's Agreement ("ICA") entered into between you as the "Contractor" (herein, "you" or "your") and BloomBridge, LLC ("Bloombridge" therein; herein, "Bloombridge," "we," or "us"). As of the Effective Date (defined below), this Notice will become part of each ICA as if incorporated by reference therein and made a part thereof and shall be subject at all times to the terms and conditions set forth therein.
