This Fourteenth Amendment to Lease and Fifth Amendment to Assignment, Modification and Consent Agreement ("Amendment No. 14") amends that certain Agreement of Lease effective January 1, 1983, as amended, by and between the City of Galveston, a duly incorporated municipal corporation of the State of Texas (the "City" ), Moody Gardens, Inc. , a Texas non-profit corporation ("Moody Gardens") and The Park Board of Trustees of the City of Galveston, Texas (the "Park Board") and that certain Assignment, Modification and Consent Agreement which commenced October 1, 1990, as amended, by and between the City, the Park Board and Moody Gardens.
