This Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Professional Engineering Services (“Amendment”) is executed to be effective as of the 13th day of July, 2021 by and between the City of Pueblo, Colorado, a Colorado Municipal Corporation (“Owner”) and Short-Elliott-Hendrickson, Inc., a registered Minnesota Corporation authorized to do business in the State of Colorado (“Engineer”). Owner and Engineer are sometimes referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively, as the “Parties.” WITNESSETH THAT:
