Varna, a company based out of St. Petersburg, Florida, is a business that specializes in restoration, maintenance, repair and condition evaluation of aircraft and helicopters made in Eastern Europe and Russia. Varna also provides technical support, consulting, training and supplies spare parts to owners, operators and government contractors of such aircraft.

Attached hereto for your consideration is a proposed Land Lease Agreement with DL Aero LLC (DL Aero) to lease four (4) acres of land in the southeast corner of the Airport to construct a 60,000 square foot hangar. DL Aero is seeking to build a hangar facility to house multiple jets and also intends to install a fuel tank to have the ability to self-fuel aircraft.

Attached for your consideration is a Lease Agreement with MK Homes Limited (MK Homes) for a land lease at 3240 Airfield Drive East located on the north side of Lakeland Linder Regional Airport (Airport). This property, which covers approximately 2.30 acres and includes an office and attached hangar facility, is currently being leased by Legal Airways, LLC. Legal Airways operates its business for aviation attorney services and stores its aircraft at this location. However, Legal Airways has recently been seeking to assign its lease hold interest in the property and market its improvements for sale.
