This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of January 21, 2008 (the “Effective Date”), between Wholesale Carrier Services, Inc. (“WCS”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida, with offices at 5471 N. University Drive, Coral Springs, FL 33067 and Verizon Maryland Inc. (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Maryland with offices at 1 East Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD 21202 (Verizon and WCS may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
