This Assignment of Contract (the “Assignment”) is effective as of March 15, 2022 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Bal Harbour Shops, a Delaware limited liability corporation, (“Assignor”) and Zyscovich Architects (“Architect”), a Florida for profit corporation, and Bal Harbour Village, a municipal corporation, (“Assignee”). The above-referenced parties may be collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
