This Agreement Between the City of North Las Vegas and Chicanos Por La Causa (this “Agreement”), is made and entered into as of (the “Effective Date”) by and between the City of North Las Vegas, a political subdivision of the State of Nevada (herein called the "City" or “Grantee”) and Chicanos Por La Causa (CPLC), Nevada, Data Universal Number System (DUNS) number 119833135, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Nevada corporation, (herein called the "CBDO").
