This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of 19 February 2015 by and between Latvian Institute of Organic Synthesis, 21 Aizkraukles St, Riga, 1006, Latvia (the “Subscriber”), and Elsevier B.V., Radarweg 29, 1043 NX Amsterdam, The Netherlands (“Elsevier”).
