It is hereby agreed by and between the State of Vermont, Department of Buildings and General Services, Office of Purchasing & Contracting (the "State") and Juniper Networks (US) In. with a principal place of business in Sunnyvale, CA (the "Contractor") that the contract between them originally dated as of April 1, 2016, Contract # 30299, as amended to date, (the “Contract”) is hereby amended as follows:
