The "Agreement" means the agreement for the Company to provide the Services to the Client. The Agreement comprises of the Engagement Letter, these Standard Conditions of Contract and any other documents referred to in the Engagement Letter and/or Proposal. The Agreement represents the entire understanding of the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, arrangements, representations or understandings (if any) of the parties in respect of mattersdealt with by this Agreement.
