This PROJECT AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the City of Eastvale, a California municipal corporation (the “City”), and THE HOMESTEAD, LLC., a California corporation (the “Developer”). City and Developer are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties”.
