This agreement is entered into between the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, Siskiyou Unit, a State of California Resource Agency Department (“CAL FIRE”) and Siskiyou County Service Area No.4 – Pleasant Valley Fire Zone of Increased Benefit (“CSA-4”), collectively, the “Parties” and individually a “Party”, for the purpose of providing Automatic / Mutual Aid to each other.
