In order to better regulate the management of the raised capital and protect the interest of investors, the Haitong Securities Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as the sponsor) and the Company together signed the Three-Party Agreements on Supervision of the Raised Capital with the Shanghai Pudong Development Bank (Haikou Branch), the Construction Bank of China (New Haihang Sub-branch of Haikou), the Agricultural Bank of China (Haixiu Sub-branch of Haikou) in accordance with the Guidelines for the Supervision of Administration of the Funds Raised by Listed Enterprises No. 2 and Measures for the Administration of the Funds Raised by Listed Enterprises (2013 Provision) respectively on Sept. 6, 2016.
