The Clark County School District (District) and Hope Shines Bright Holding Company, Inc., DBA St. Jude’s Ranch for Children (SJRC) would like to enter into a Ground Lease for an educational facility at the campus of St. Jude’s Ranch for Children in Boulder City, Nevada. SJRC is constructing a healing center and the District is to construct and operate an alternative educational facility to provide for up to sixty-three (63) students ranging in age from ten to eighteen specialized attention to reduce educational gaps and may be credit deficient.
