WHEREAS, by Ordinance 02-098 (AM) the Matanuska-Susitna Borough delegated Parks and Recreation powers to the City of Palmer for certain real property (hereinafter called "soccer fields"), identified as Tract 2-2, Sherrod Park Survey Subdivision in Section 33, Township 18 North, Range 2 East, Seward Meridian, Palmer Recording District, Third Judicial District, and the Palmer Soccer Club wishes to use the soccer fields pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and subject to valid existing rights.
