This Agreement to Terminate Outdoor Lease (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of (the “Effective Date”) by and between the City of North Las Vegas Redevelopment Agency, a public body, corporate and politic, organized under the laws of the State of Nevada (“RDA”) and Clear Channel Outdoor, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as successor-in-interest to Clear Channel Outdoor, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“CCO”). RDA and CCO may be referred to collectively as the “Parties”or individually as a “Party”.
