This Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made this 15th day of March, 2018, by and between the Santa Clarita Community College District, a California community college district and political subdivision of the State of California, (“District”) and Real Time Staffing Services, LLC, doing business as Select Staffing, (“Contractor”). District and Contractor are also referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as “Party.”
