This CONTRACT EXTENSION AGREEMENT (“Extension”) is made this 23rd day of September 2022, for the purpose of extending the (“Master Contract Agreement”) known as contract number 21.4 - PBB, dated October 1, 2020, by and between Hertzberg-New Method, Inc. dba Perma-Bound Books (“Vendor”), located at 617 E. Vandalia Road, Jacksonville, IL 62650, and the Cooperative Purchasing Connection (“CPC”), located at 1001 E. Mount Faith Avenue, Fergus Falls, MN 56537, (collectively, the “Parties”).
