In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Langley Research Center, located at Langley Research Center, Hampton, VA 23681 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "NASA LaRC") and Carnegie Mellon University located at 5000 Forbes Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15213-3815 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "CMU"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
