This Rental Agreement and/or lease shall evidence the complete terms and condition under which the parties whose signatures appear below have agreed. Landlord/Lessor/Agent shall be referred to as “LANDLORD” and Tenant(s)/Lessee(s) shall be referred to as “RESIDENT.” As consideration for this agreement, LANDLORD agrees to rent/lease to RESIDENT and RESIDNENT agrees to rent/lease from LANDLORD for use SOLEY AS A PRIVATE RESIDENCE, the premises as listed above. RESIDENT acknowledges that any false statements found in RESIDENT’S application shall constitute a non-curable breach of this agreement. RESIDENT hereby agrees to complete an updated application, including a census as to the occupants in the unit upon seven days request of LANDLORD.
