This user agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you (the “User”) (as further defined below) and Motor Insurers‟ Bureau (Company Number 00412787) whose registered office is at Linford Wood House, 6-12 Capital Drive, Linford Wood, Milton Keynes, MK14 6XT („MIB‟) for the Users access to the MIDportal (as defined below) to provide certain Data (as defined below) via the MIDportal from time to time, for specified purposes and strictly on the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
