Please readthisentire Acknowledgmentand Assumption of Risks & Releaseand Indemnity Agreement(hereafter“Document”) carefully beforesigning. The volunteer (hereafter “volunteer”) must sign this Document. If volunteer is under 18 yrs. of age (hereafter sometimes “minor” or “child”) a parent or legal guardian (hereafter collectively “parent”) must also sign. In consideration of the services of Vail Valley Mountain Trails Alliance and its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives and volunteers (hereafter individually and collectively “VVMTA”), the Hardscrabble Trails Coalition, the Bureau of Land Management, Town of Minturn, Town of Avon, Town of Vail, Eagle County, Community of EagleVail, Town of Gypsum, and USFS – White River NF, Eagle-Holy Cross Ranger District (hereafter “Project Partner”) in allowing volunteer to participate, I (volunteer and parent of a minor volunteer) acknowledge and agree as follows:
