This Rental, Software License and Services Agreement (hereafter the “Agreement”) dated this 5th day of January, 2018 (hereafter the “Effective Date”) is made by and between The Corporation of the City of Niagara Falls, ON, located at 4310 Queen Street, Niagara Falls, ON L2E 6X5 (hereafter “Customer”) and Dominion Voting Systems Corporation, located at 215 Spadina Avenue, Toronto, ON, M5T2C7 (hereafter “Dominion”). This Agreement may refer to Dominion and Customer together as the “Parties,” or may refer to Dominion or Customer individually as a “Party.”
