This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered into this 18th day of February 2020 by and between the City of Naperville, DuPage County, Illinois (“CITY”), an Illinois Municipal Corporation, and the Board of Education of Naperville CUSD 203, DuPage County, Illinois (“DISTRICT”), an Illinois Public School District (collectively the “Parties”) for the provision of a School Resource Officer (“SRO”).
