and between WESCO Distribution, Inc., a Delaware corporation, whose address is 1431 S. Cherry Lane, White Settlement, Texas 76108, hereinafter referred to as "Supplier," and the CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, a home rule municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as "City," to be effective upon approval of the Denton City Council and subsequent execution of this Contract by the Denton City Manager or his duly authorized designee.
