FamilySearch International is a nonprofit organization affiliated with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. In this Agreement, FamilySearch and its affiliated individuals and entities are referred to as “FamilySearch,” “us,” “we,” or similar terms. By submitting any content to the FamilySearch website, you agree to the terms and conditions of this FamilySearch Content Submission Agreement (this “Agreement”), and you also agree to the Terms of Use for the FamilySearch website. The liability and obligations of FamilySearch and its affiliated individuals and entities in connection with the publishing or use of any content submitted by you are strictly limited by the website Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and by this Agreement. This Agreement supplements the FamilySearch website’s Terms of Use; it does not replace the Terms of Use.
