THIS CONTRACT is hereby made, entered into, and effective as of this 15TH day of January, 2015, by and between GUILFORD COUNTY, a body politic and corporate of the State of North Carolina, hereinafter referred to as the “COUNTY,” and SOUTH DATA INC., a company with a place of business in Mount Airy, North Carolina hereinafter referred to as the “PROVIDER,” and also collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
