These Master Solution Agreement Terms and Conditions are entered into by and between your company (“Customer”) and the applicable Aptean legal entity (“Licensor,” and together with Customer, the “Parties”), both of whose details are set out in the applicable Order Form. These Master Solution Agreement Terms and Conditions, together with all amendments thereto, Statements of Work and Order Forms are collectively referred to as this “Agreement”):
