Terms & Conditions 1. In this Contract; His Fuarcılık Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. shall be referred to herein as the “Organizer”, the real or legal persons participating in the forum shall be referred to as “Participants” and the Participatory Contract to the Forum shall be referred to as the “Contract”.2. This Contract has been accepted and signed by the parties as a commercial contract. OMEGA Binder, 4810 Gmunden Austria and OMEGA GmbH 83410 Laufen Germany have been asigned asGeneral Sales Agents and General Sales Representatives for WGBF by HIS Fuarcilik Hizmetleri Ltd. Sti. and acts as contracting partner on behalf of the "Organizer".3. The obligations of the Organizer are:a) General cleaning of the exhibition area (stand cleaning belongs to the Participant ),b) Listing the name and logo of the exhibitor on the official website and mobile application of the event,c) General decoration of the Exhibition area,d) Promoting the Forum,e) Taking security measures related to the Exhibition area
