This special contract for water supply service (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2019 by and between Pennichuck East Utility, Inc. (“PEU”), a regulated public utility pursuant to RSA 362:2, with an address of 25 Manchester Street, Merrimack, New Hampshire 03054, and Pillsbury Realty Development, LLC (“Pillsbury”), a registered New Hampshire business and principal developer of the Woodmont Commons Planned Unit Development (“Woodmont Commons”) (together, “Parties”).
