For the purpose of this document Richard Dewhirst, Radical Snaps, and Radical Enterprises LLC shall be referred to as PHOTOGRAPHER. The visitor to the site or the individual (whether representing an organization or not) who orders a portrait shoot package (‘Services’) shall be referred to as CLIENT.
