THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 10th h day of February, 2015 (“Effective Date”), by and between the CITY OF CASTLE PINES, a Colorado municipal corporation, 7501 Village Square Drive, Suite 100, Castle Pines, CO 80108 (the “City”), and Buxton Company, a Texas corporation, 2651 South Polaris Drive, Fort Worth, TX, 76137 (the “Consultant”). The City and the Consultant may be collectively referred to as the “Parties” and each individually as “Party”.
