Table 1: Formalities and operation of schedule Parties Commonwealth New South Wales Duration This Schedule is expected to expire on the completion of the projects outlined in Attachment A. Purpose This Schedule will support the delivery of recovery and post-disaster resilience projects in the New South Wales Northern Rivers region, in response to the February- March 2022 flood event.Projects will be delivered in the following Northern Rivers region Local Government Areas (LGAs):- Ballina Shire Council- Byron Shire Council- Clarence Valley Council- Kyogle Council- Lismore City Council- Richmond Valley Council- Tweed Shire Council.Projects to be funded under the grant must be submitted by the New South Wales Government, in writing, via two Implementation Plans and agreed by the Commonwealth prior to project commencement.Eligible projects will achieve recovery or post-disaster resilience in those flood affected areas within the meaning of paragraphs 20(6) (c)-(f) of the Emergency Response
