This End-User License Agreement (“License”) is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee”) and Decerto Sp. z o. o., 5 Woloska Str., 02-675 Warszawa, Poland (“Licensor”). This License governs your use of this software product (Hyperon) that you are installing on your machines and all related documentation, and updates and upgrades that replace or supplement the software in any respect and which are not distributed with a separate license (collectively, the "Software"). This Software is licensed to you, not sold.
