Las Colinas Blvd., Irving, Texas 75039 and Gjon N. Nivica, Jr., such person’s heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns (“Executive”), agree that: 1. Last Day of Employment. The last day of employment with the Company is: March 3, 2017 (“Separation Date”). Unless otherwise expressly agreed to by the Company, if Executive voluntarily resigns before the Separation Date, Executive shall immediately be removed from the payroll and forfeit all rights to the Consideration set forth in Paragraph 3 below.
