The sum of Fifty dollars ($50.00) will be deposited with the Post upon signing of this contract. This sum will be refunded, provided the rental is cancelled at least Seven (7) days prior to the event date. Lessee is required to sign a checklist denoting condition of the hall at time of rental and time at checkout.
