Amendment”), is made and entered into as of the day of , 2017 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the CITY OF DUBLIN, OHIO (the “City”), a municipal corporation duly organized and validly existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of Ohio (the “State”) and its Charter and TARTAN DEVELOPMENT COMPANY (TIF), LLC (the “Developer”), a limited liability company duly organized and validly existing under the laws of the State.
