This offer is made subject to the Board's written acceptance hereof on or before 5:00 p.m., Chicago time, on the date hereof, and, if not so accepted, will be subject to withdrawal by the Underwriters upon notice delivered to the Board at any time prior to the acceptance hereof by the Board. Initially capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein have the same meanings given them in the Official Statement or the Bond Resolution (each hereinafter defined), as the case may be or as the context may require.
