The Memorandum of Agreement: Educational Services for Youth Committed to and/or in the custody of the Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services, signed September 16, 2021, was entered into between the District of Columbia Office of the State Superintendent of Education (“OSSE”), the Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services (“DYRS”), and the District of Columbia Public Schools (“DCPS”), collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.” The Parties now desire to modify the MOA as follows:
