FIRST AMENDMENT TO LAND LEASELand Lease • March 20th, 2015
This First Amendment to Land Lease ("Amendment") is made and effective as of the date last written below (“First Amendment Effective Date”), by and between Welsh McGilvray as Trustee of Polly’s Trust under Declaration of Trust dated October 23, 1972, as to an undivided 50% interest and Polly Welsh McGilvray as Trustee of the McGilvray Family Trust dated December 30, 1983, as to an undivided 50% interest ("Landlord") and the Capitol Area Development Authority, a California joint powers authority (“Tenant”), collectively referred to as the “Parties” and singularly as “Party”.
