As used herein, the term "Grantor" shall include any and all heirs, assigns, successors, or successors-in-interest of the Grantor, and all subsequent owners of the "Property" and “Conservation Area(s)” (as hereinafter defined) and the term "Grantees" shall include any successors, successors-in-interest or assignees of Grantees.
