This Grand Terrace Conditional Annexation and Zoning Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of 2006, by and between Dubois, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company, hereinafter referred to as “Owner,” Clarendon Hills Road Improvement District , hereinafter referred to as “District,” and the City of Lincoln, Nebraska, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as “City.”
