THIS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made and entered into this day of 2020 (“Effective Date”) by and among the Fishers Town Hall Building Corporation, an Indiana non-profit corporation (the “Corporation”), the City of Fishers Redevelopment Commission, a commission authorized and existing pursuant to Ind. Code § 36-7-14 et. seq. (the “Commission”) and Round Room LLC, an Indiana limited liability company (“Round Room” and together with the Corporation and the Commission, the “Parties”), as follows:
