ASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF THE EXECUTION VERSION of D.13 This ASSIGNMENT AND ASSUMPTION AGREEMENT is entered into as of October 28, 2011 (this Agreement) by and between Nuveen HydePark Group, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company (Cedente), and Nuveen Asset Management, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company (Cesionary).
