NON-REIMBURSABLE SPACE ACT UMBRELLA AGREEMENT BETWEENJune 9th, 2020
This non-exclusive Umbrella Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Umbrella Agreement") shall be for the purpose of a non-exclusive partnership to facilitate collaboration between NASA and UT Austin to allow university researchers the opportunity to help NASA solve actual and realistic space mission operations problems, using housekeeping data from some of NASA's missions. This non-exclusive partnership will allow UT Austin professors and students to target their research efforts toward developing and transferring ideas to NASA that are relevant to NASA's needs in theareas of astrodynamics, multi-sensor target tracking, multi-source information fusion, satellite guidance, navigation, and control (GNC). These research contributions might allow future generations of researchers to help NASA to improve its efficiency in meeting its missions' requirements.
