Standing quotation is invited for the supply of Implants and Consumables for Peripheral Vascular Occlusive Disease under Nominated Product Scheme for Hospital Authority. To be acceptable as a Standing Quotation, interested sellers must complete all Schedules as required in duplicate in hard copy with a soft copy in a compact disc and enclosed in sealed plain envelopes marked “Supply of Implants and Consumables for Peripheral Vascular Occlusive Disease under Nominated Product Scheme (ref. (NPS008-21) to HAHO(S)/T/15)” and addressed to the Chairman, Tender Opening Committee, and deposited in the Hospital Authority Head Office Tender Box situated at 3/F., Lobby, Hospital Authority Building, 147B Argyle Street, Kowloon before 12:00 noon (Hong Kong Time) (“Closing Time”) on 30 March 2022 (“Closing Date”).
