This Agreement for the provision of specialized educational services (the “Agreement”) is entered into this day of July, 2018 (the "Effective Date"), between Special Education Services, an Illinois not-for-profit corporation, licensed to do business in the State of Arizona (herein referred to as "SES"), and Apache Junction Unified School District # 43 (herein referred to as ”the District"). SES and District are sometimes referred to collectively as the "Parties", or individually as a "Party".
