This Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into this twenty-eighth day of January 2019 ("Effective Date"), by and between the City of Pueblo acting by and through its Honor Farm Properties Enterprise (hereinafter referred to as "City"), and the Southern Colorado Motocross Promotions, LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Operator") (each individually a "Party" and together the "Parties").
